“ Pretty dang juicy steak cooked to perfection. Chef’s kiss. I forget what the other thing I ordered was because all I can do is think about that steak. My oh my. Yum! ”
“ The dinner at Amalfi will be an experience we will talk about for years to come. Service we received was absolutely amazing, not one thing out of order. Water glass always filled. Clean utensils always provided without asking. One of a kind 'fish-market' experience where you can walk up to these stunning glass tiled pots with fresh fish on ice. Refreshing wine. Exquisitely clean chefs kitchen. The staff is very knowledgeable about menu, fresh fish selection, and wine pairing. Beverage: A recommended white wine from the wine list to pair with fish. Best to ask your server!!! First course: Blue Crab & Eggplant Meatballs-these were out of this world!!! Beautifully presented. Sweet crab flavor with firm eggplant bite. Topped with a vodka sauce that is creamy and sweet from the tomato. These left me wanting more. Main Course: Market-Driven whole fish grilled. I don't even remember what we chose at the market table, but the fish was delicate, flaky, and sweet. Our servers recommend getting the sauces on the side, so we are able to taste them all with our fish. My favorite sauce was a toss up between the Salsa Verde-similar to a chimichurri and the Myer Lemon Capers -tart and briny perfect for the fish. My boyfriend's favorite was the Red Pepper Calabrian Chile Pesto-spicy but subtle with the fish pairing. Side Dish: Amalfi Chopped Salad. This is completely underrated. THE BEST lemon vinaigrette I have ever had, maybe even the best salad dressing l've ever had. Crunchy. Tart. Addictive. I want this salad everyday all-day. Dessert Course: Triple Lemon Cake-almond cookie with lemon cream and what almost was like a lemon pudding filling. Devine. Order a dessert per person, you won't want to share. Overall, the service and meal will probably be the best you have ever experienced—from service being top notch and food being perfectly executed with traditional Italian ingredients shining through each dish. Make reservations ahead of time to secure your table at Amalfi. ”
“ One of the best meals we ate in Vegas! Service was spectacular, atmosphere was great and the food was top. We shared prawns, fish stew, squid ink pasta and polenta. The stew broth was garlicky and just perfect, we loved it all. Highly recommend! ”
“ Came here for dinner Saturday night—had reservations so we were seated right away. Our server Nelson was awesome—friendly and attentive! Food was delicious. They offer fresh fish that you can pick—we got the Turbot which was 59/lb and we didn’t realize the fish was over 2 pounds! But the fish was filleted and roasted—meat was quite tasty. The two pastas we tried were really good: Squid Ink Fettuccine and Lobster Cavatelli. For drinks, I loved the Expresso Martini! Note: they do accept Diamond/Seven Star drink vouchers here. ”
“ I was very impressed with Amalfi. We went the night before we flew out and were able to get a seat immediately. Our service was impeccable. Our waitress (?) made wonderful recommendations for a bottle of wine., wiped our table off after each course, and genuinely thought of everything. My boyfriend chose a branzino. The gentleman who helps with the fresh fish is wonderful. He truly made the experience easy and seamless. The man who brought out our food had a warm smile. I would love to come back here on another trip to Vegas. The food was amazing. Very flavorful, great texture, and filling. I had the Rags pasta, and my boyfriend had the branzino. We shared spicy potatoes. The lemon cake was amazing. ”
“ I had such a great time here with my daughter. The food and service were amazing! The only thing that might stop you from coming to this place are the prices! Including the tip, our meal on Mother's Day was 348!!!! This price included three adult beverages, one appetizer, 2 meals, 1 side dish and 1 dessert. ”
“ Amazing food, beautiful place, great service! Portions are not too big, except for the side dishes which are totally sharable size. We visited in a group of 4 and shared the following dishes: Appetizers: - Bufala Mozzarella: 5/5, AMAZING, flavorful and fresh - Charred Octopus: 5/5, beautifully cooked Main Courses: - Scialatielli: 5/5, sooooo tasty, my absolute favorite - Chicken Parmigiano: 4.5/5, pretty good, but a bit heavy - Branzino with lemon and caper sauce: 5/5, sooo good - John Dory with lemon and caper sauce: 3/5, was not as tasty as branzino and was a bit fishy and smelly Side Dishes: - Crispy Potatoes: 5/5, very tasty, well-seasoned, and indeed crispy - Green Beans: 5/5, OMG surprisingly sooooo good, one of the best parts of our meal! Dessert: - Tiramisu: 5/5, really good ”
“ Had dinner before our show at Amalfi. Lovely setting. Attentive and friendly service. We had the prawn appetizer which was delicious and large in the prawn size. Next we had squid ink pasta which had a nice tomato sauce. We ordered a whole turbot grilled and had the asparagus and peas for a side. Everything was lovely. ”
